Training Program
Our new managers participate in a 10- to 12-week training program that prepares you with the necessary operational and leadership skills, as well as brand knowledge, to be a successful new manager.

Easy & Interactive
We provide hands-on training, as well as online and video training, making learning fun and engaging.

Wine Training
All new managers receive fun, interactive wine training that sets them up for coaching success; we even offer free access to Gallo's online Wine Academy training so you can continue to grow your wine skills.

Culinary Training
All new managers go through a hands-on culinary training experience side-by-side with a Certified Trainer to ensure you understand our culinary philosophy and can successfully coach and lead our culinary team members.

MIT Leadership Experience
Our MIT Program includes a four-day Leadership Experience at the Restaurant Support Center in Orlando, Florida, where you are able to connect with other new managers from across the Darden portfolio as our Learning Center of Excellence partners facilitate robust learning sessions that set you up for success in your new role.
